Ferguson's Visit

Heather, Nick, and baby Madeline came to visit us for a few days.  I LOVE these guys.  It was my first time meeting Madeline (6 months) and she is seriously so cute with the funniest little personality.  Heather is such a great little Mommy and it was so fun for me to watch her take care of Madeline.  I loved spending time with them before Nick heads off to Philadelphia for medical school.  Come back any time Fergusons!!!!

 

 

Happy 1st Birthday Olivia

 

 Happy, Happy Birthday sweet Livy-Lou.  I really cannot believe my baby is one year old.  This past year has gone by so fast.  I think of all that happened within the first year of her life and I want to always remember the sweet baby she was.  Through all of our transitioning this year, Olivia was the little breath of fresh air, and our sunshine through it all.  I have LOVED every single second taking care of her. Each new phase I say I don't want her to get any older, but I love watching her learn and grow.

 She loved her cake! At 2am that night she woke up on such a sugar high.  She was singing, and rolling around like crazy in her crib.

11 Months

 She's so close to turning one that it makes me a little sad.  Olivia really is such a delightful baby.  Her new favorite thing is animals.  Any kind...birds, cats, lizards, fish, but Dogs are her absolute favorite.  She laughs in excitement anytime she sees one (in person or in books).  Olivia loves to "pat, pat" and hug her baby dolls and stuffed animals.  She also is constantly pointing, saying "aw-oh",  and dances.  Poor girl still spits up and we are hoping that tapers off really soon.  She is no where close to walking and is barley starting to pull herself up.  Her favorite playmates are Gracie and Abby with Daddy as a close runner up.  We sure love you Livy-Lou!!! 

HOPpy EASTER

Easter Festivities included a neighborhood hunt on Saturday...
Sunday the girls found their baskets in the playhouse with the clues the Easter Bunny gave. We went to church then over to the Smiths for a lovely dinner and one more egg hunt.

Nana and Pop Visit

We picked Nana and Pop up from the airport Wednesday morning and headed straight to Disneyland. Even though it was very crowded we didn't let that stop us from having fun.

Thursday we stuck around home, Nana took Abby birthday shopping, Ben and Pop worked in the yard, the kids went swimming, and we enjoyed the evening together.
Friday the girls dyed Easter Eggs then we headed to Santa Monica beach where we had a picnic lunch, the girls did the swings, and we walked the pier. Afterwards we had ice cream cookies at "Diddy Reese" followed by walking around the Temple.

Thanks Nana and Pop for visiting. We had lots of fun and already miss you!
