Abigail started under the wiggle worm by herself, but of course Gracie ended up under there with her.

2 months

Abigail is two months old and growing so fast. She smiles a ton, especially at her sister.

We love that she is awake more and alert for us to play with her. She still sleeps great through the night and is starting to get on a little schedule. She has her first big trip to California next week, and we are excited for her to me lots of family. We are loving every minute with sweet Abby.

A lot of these two snuggling together has been going on. They are already best friends!

We had a fun weekend last weekend and I really enjoyed myself. Last Saturday was my birthday and Ben took me on a whole day outing. Thank you so much to Nana and Pop for watching Gracie. I loved shopping with Ben and spending the whole day together. He even took me to get a pedicure while he stayed in the car with Abby and listened to the Maverick game.

Sunday was Mother's day and I felt spoiled again. Two days in a row of being treated like a queen is not too bad. We love spending it with Nana and enjoyed seeing Ben's family again.

On the way home from Nana and Pops I had to nurse Abigail and the gas station we stopped at had this huge cat that Gracie loved.

The weather has been pretty hot and we pulled out Gracie's pool this past week to play in. It is so nice to pull out old things that entertain Gracie for hours, especially when I can leave her in it out back and watch her through the kitchen widow while I make dinner.

This past Saturday was raining so we went to the Children's Museum. Grace was taking control in her police car.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's Day Em!!! I can't imagine a better mom for our kids than you. Your patience and love for Gracie and Abby is amazing. They are the luckiest girls in the world to be raised by a mom like you. Thank you for your support for me during this busy time in our lives and for being so great with our kids. I love you!

Happy Cinco de Mayo

Today we went to Gracie's friend, Emilio's house, to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. She thought it was very fun to hit a pinata for the first time and was even more excited when the candy started flying out. Even the Moms had a wack at the pinata. It was fun way to celebrate.

Graham's Visit

Thursday night Uncle Stevie and Auntie Melinda came for a quick visit on their way to South Carolina. We enjoyed their company and having them spend the night.We had fun feeding the ducks together.

Sweet Melinda cut my hair and styled it (for our anniversary).Stevie was in charge of watching Abigail while Melinda was cutting my hair. Can you tell who fell asleep?
