Guatemala

We had a wonderful 7 days in Guatemala visiting Nana and Pop! The girls were good and I must admit that traveling with 3 little ones was not as bad as I had anticipated. Four adults to three kids is the way to go! Our trip was amazing! Activities consisted of:
Shopping at the Central Market Place

Children's Museum. Ben stayed home this day recovering from the flu.

Guatemala Zoo. I was impressed at how much Olivia was interested in the animals.

This picture makes me smile because it is a total sum up of our personalities...Ben and I focused in two different directions but happy as can be. Grace is a little annoyed. Abigail is very happy but you can tell a free spirit. And Olivia is waving hi to everyone and happy as can be.

An Amusement Park that is perfect for the girls. There are lots of little rides and a zoo which has a lot of peacocks walking around just waiting to be chased.

Played at the playground and pool at Nana and Pop's apartment.

Day trip to Antigua where we enjoyed the zip lines. This was Abigail's first time going and Gracie's fist time alone. The view of the Volcanoes were beautiful. Nana stayed back at the car with Olivia where they played and she took a short nap.

Straight from Antigua Ben and I had a lovely night away at "La Reunion", while Nana and Pop watched all 3 girls for the night. It was by far the nicest place we have ever been to! The room was beautiful and had it's own private pool, indoor and outdoor hot tub, indoor and outdoor shower, and breathtaking views.

Thanks Nana and Pop for the wonderful memories! WE sure love and miss you!!!
